TRESSEMAN & VOGT - T&V - Limoges, France hand painted it is signed "Rose" but it was long after the making of this tray, tray was made in the 1900s, vanity tray very good condition, some light surface scratches commensurate with age-ca 1892 - ca 1907, 2 1/4 x 14" x 6 1/2"
