1800s hand fan handpainted, silk and lace, wooden handle, gorgeous frame, professionally framed large, heavy, it measures 31 x 25 and the fan is 13x26, frame has some scratches and chips on the sides, look at the pictures, nothing serious, according to age, fan has an area unglued and a rip shown on picture, i did not detached the frame to fix it because the fan is too old and it will not handle a repair
